We respect the rights of photographers, artists, studios and brands. If an image on WallpaperTag infringes your rights, we remove it promptly after a valid notice — usually within 72 hours.
How to report an image
Send an e-mail to wallpapertag1@gmail.com with the following information:
- The copyrighted work — a description of it or a link to the original.
- The exact address (URL) of the page or the image on WallpaperTag. The easiest way: right-click the image → “Copy image address”.
- Your contact details: name, company if any, e-mail address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your signature — an electronic signature (your full name) is enough.
What happens next
- We review the notice and remove or disable the image if the information is complete and plausible.
- You receive a short confirmation by e-mail.
- In case of repeated infringements by the same source or uploader, we remove further content from that source.
Counter-notice
If you believe an image was removed by mistake — for example because you are the author or hold a licence — you can send us a counter-notice with your reasons, proof and contact details. We will review it and restore the image where appropriate.
Please note
Knowingly submitting false information in a notice may make you liable for damages. Please report only content in which you hold rights or for whose rights holder you act.
