HD wallpapers

It's the easiest way to personalize your desktop or phone. Can also be called your background, login or lock screen. Wallpapers can be of anything you find visually pleasing.

What is HD? HD stands for High Definition. In less subjective terms it's often used for any picture or video made with at least 1920 by 1080 pixels. There's more jargon above this like Ultra HD for the savvy tech enthusiasts, but most people have a computer or phone around regular HD. So It pays to look for any personal touches around these specs. And for the coordinators, looking for this resolution gives the options on putting the wallpaper on all your devices without any warping or stretching for that envious crystal clear quality.

Where to find them? Luckily the internet is crawling with them. Even just a simple google search is often enough to find a background for more obscure subjects. If not, then there's plenty of sites that specialize sorting and collecting wallpapers. Often you don't have to pay for a found photo. Just save and set it. Find a lot of awesome wallpapers and backgrounds on WallpaperTag.

On your mobile device, there are even apps on your app store dedicated to finding beautiful wallpapers to match to almost any person. A lot of them even simplify the process of setting your background or lock screen into just one or two presses of your finger.

What wallpaper to pick? There's always the ones your desktop or computer comes with even when brand new. Same goes for your phone or mobile. The most important decision regarding your choice is the environment around you. Your home desktop will probably have a different image than the one sitting in the office. And don't feel limited to just one picture, many devices can create a slideshow to flip through up to hundreds or thousands of photos to help relive your most recent trip to Italy.

For at home computer, anything can go. Pick what you like and enjoy, there's no one to stop you. Slap your favorite character from the latest film or game you've been raving about lately if you want. As for the large shared spaces or devices, choosing the wallpaper for the login screen is probably best left as a traditional landscape or fractal art piece although it's very dependent on the people around you. A beautiful piece of art like Van Gogh's Starry Night or the Great Wave off Kanagawa can show your sophisticated side as well.

So picking the perfect wallpaper is often a matter of personal or professional taste. Luckily if you find an image is no longer your taste, replacing it isn't all too difficult. Now if you're picky, it could take a good while longer, but finding that perfect picture is often worth the process. There's no other way to say this is mine faster or easier than setting your background.

Windows 1. First, find the perfect wallpaper for your PC. 2.Just below the image, you’ll notice a button that says “Free Download.” Just below that text is your screen’s resolution (don’t worry, we calculated that part for you.) 3.Click the button, and you’ll notice the image save to your browser. 4.Navigate to that image on your computer (it will probably be in your “downloads” folder) 5.Right-click the image in the folder and click “Set as desktop background.” 6.Enjoy your new wallpaper!

Mac 1. Download your favourite wallpaper clicking on the blue download button below the wallpaper. 2. In this order, click Apple Menu > System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver > Desktop 3. Now find the image you want to use. Here you’ll want to select your own, so you’ll select the location your new image downloaded. 4. Click on the photo. 5. Exit back to your desktop and see what it looks like!

iPhone/iPad 1. Find an image you like on wallpapertag.com and click on the blue download button below an image. 2. Tap on an image and hold on a few seconds. Choose “save image” from the list below. 3. Navigate to the “Photos” app and find the image you want as your background. 5. Use the share button (the one that looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it). 6. Select the “Use as a Wallpaper” button 7. Here you can arrange the picture how you want it, then tap “set.” 8. Next you can select whether you want this image to be set as the background of your lock screen, home screen or both. 9. Navigate back to your home screen and take a look at your new wallpaper.

Android 1. Search for a wallpaper you like on wallpapertag.com and download it clicking on the blue download button below the wallpaper. 2. Open your gallery/photos app and click on the “download” folder. 3. The first image you see here should be the image you downloaded. 4. Click on the image and in the top right corner, click the menu button (three vertical dots). 5. In the drop down menu, click “Set as wallpaper.” 6. You’ll then be prompted to select whether you want to set the image as the background of your home screen, lock screen or both. 7. You’ll then be able to move the image to how you like. When you’re satisfied, press “set as wallpaper.” 8.Go back to your home screen and enjoy your new wallpaper!
